I had a good experience today with a plumber from Jay's. Over the years, I have used A-1 Plumbing by George, but when my current needs arose, George told me he had moved and no longer services my area. He recommended Jay. Jay himself answered the phone when I called and set up my appointment for the first thing in the morning. This morning, early, the plumber dispatched to my home called ahead of his arrival. He got right to work and fixed my problem in my bathroom the right way. I could tell he was competent and experienced. The project was definitely more than I could have tackled myself and I was more than satisfied with the work by this company.

I had a slab leak pipes under ground. Almost a year ago, finally its all completed. Jay,Octavia and his team. ,demolition which is the scariest, this was smooth sailing outstanding, professional, they made this not knowing what's going to happen stressful moment into a now amazing experience. They were in and out in 2 days. All I can say is wowwwww so thrilled I chose you.. Thank you Jay's Superior Services for this wonderful experience. Now onto part 2.

We had a leak under our bathroom sink at night and had to turn off the main water supply. We called Jay’s at 10:30 at night because it said they had 24 hour service and they are very close to where we live. We left a message explaining the problem, but no one called us back until 7:00am, but by then the problem was already fixed by another company who actually honored their claim of 24 hour service! I don’t know if they do good work or not. Don’t advertise that you have 24 hour service if you can’t deliver! Do not recommend this company!

I was very pleased with Jay's. He worked us in the schedule when I really needed them. The tech was professional and polite. He fixed my problem in one hour, which allowed the remodel in my bathroom to stay on schedule. We will definitely use them again. Thank you from the Robinson family.

When you call the number if it goes to voice mail, leave a message. It's worth it. First of all, they called me back within 30 minutes of leaving a message. Great customer service!! They repaired the toilet and re-piped my kitchen sink correcting another contractor's mistake. Great job and price. I will definitely use them again and refer them to others.

I just encountered a very aggressive driver in a Jays Superior Services van on North Federal highway! Jumping lanes, tailgating and blowing the horn like a maniac. Putting other drivers at risk is dangerous. I wouldn't hire this company for ANY reason due to the display of aggression. Who would trust someone like that in their home?!
